Domestic 

• Ships within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. (Same-day shipping not guaranteed).
  
• Shipping Monday-Friday. Goods purchased on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on the

   next business day. We do not ship during Holidays.

• Everything purchased for customers within USA will be shipped via USPS or Fedex ground.
• Tracking number will be sent via email.
• In case goods are not available in our office in USA we do drop shipment or ship the goods from 

   factory direct to customers via DHL, Fedex UPS couriers in order to save time.

• Package carefully to ensure damage during transit.

International

• Customer can arrange the pick-up through their nominated courier using their own account.
• Tracking number will be sent via email.
• If there is any particular documents needed for custom, customer has to inform us in advance.
• Insurance is optional and it is up to customer's instruction. Insurance charges will be borne by the      

   customer.
